Delivery is available
Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am -2pm

Delivery timeslots are selected during the checkout process and cannot be held whilst you are adding to your shopping cart

Please ensure you are home to receive your delivery in your chosen time slot as we will not be able to leave your goods unattended at your address. 
When the order contains a restricted product ie. Tobacco the credit card used for payment must be shown and match the Photographic ID when collecting the order. If you are unable to supply the appropriate identification or the relevant card of purchase, we will not release the order to you.

Delivery fees:
Orders incur a fee of $15.00 due to the distance from the store

*Bulk orders that require a delivery after 1st March 2025 by pallet will incur a $90 delivery fee and a replacement chep pallet will need to be supplied at the time of delivery.

• Park in one of our Drakes click & collect carparks – Car Parks are located at the rear of the store off Elizabeth st
• Call 8726 2700 and quote your order/invoice number and the type of vehicle you are in
• One of our friendly team members will bring your groceries out to your vehicle
• Take your groceries home to enjoy.

• Go to the Service Desk at the front of the store.
• Present your order number and your Photographic ID to our friendly team member.
• The credit card used for payment must be shown and match the Photographic ID when collecting the order.
